Dilbilimdeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise \u201c\u00f6rtmece\u201ddir.<br>\u00d6rtmece; s\u00f6ylenmesi kaba, \u00e7irkin veya sak\u0131ncal\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen nesnelerin, kavramlar\u0131n ba\u015fka kelimelerle daha uygun bir bi\u00e7imde aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br>Freud ise tabular\u0131, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irilmemi\u015f ve kayna\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lamayan ilk yasalar\u0131 olarak nitelendirmi\u015ftir.<br>Tabulardan biri olan bakma yasa\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili \u0130zmir\u2019de ge\u00e7en efsaneyi sizlerle payla\u015fmak istiyorum.<br>Bergama ile Dikili il\u00e7elerinin aras\u0131nda yer alan bir batakl\u0131k varm\u0131\u015f. Bu batakl\u0131\u011fa yak\u0131n yerle\u015fim yerine gelenler, oran\u0131n ahlak\u0131n\u0131 bozmu\u015f, halk\u0131 ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015flar. Bir g\u00fcn bu memlekete bir pir gelmi\u015f. Halka nasihatte bulunarak ak\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flar\u0131na toplamalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015f. Bu pirin s\u00f6zlerine kimse kulak asmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir de onu alt\u0131n ve g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f dolu iki kuyunun aras\u0131na ekmek, su vermeksizin hapsetmi\u015fler.\u00a0 Pirin haline ac\u0131yan bir k\u0131z, kimselere g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeden bu ihtiyara ekmek ve su getirip onu \u00f6lmekten kurtarm\u0131\u015f. Bir m\u00fcddet sonra da bu k\u0131z\u0131n d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc olmu\u015f. B\u00fct\u00fcn halk d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde alkol i\u00e7erek sarho\u015f olmu\u015f.\u00a0 Gelin yeni evine gitmek i\u00e7in at\u0131na binmi\u015f ve yola koyulmu\u015f. O b\u00f6lgenin \u00e2detine g\u00f6re geline k\u00f6y\u00fcn hemen yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan bir kuyudan \u00fc\u00e7 yudum su i\u00e7irmek ve ayn\u0131 kuyunun etraf\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 defa dola\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekiyormu\u015f. Kuyunun ba\u015f\u0131na gelip tam su i\u00e7ilece\u011fi s\u0131rada pir, gelinin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, \u2019\u2019Durmadan arkamdan y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcn, sak\u0131n arkan\u0131za bakmay\u0131n! Yoksa hepiniz ta\u015f olursunuz.\u2019\u2019 Demi\u015f. Pirin bu s\u00f6zlerinden korkan halk onun pe\u015fine tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve ko\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f. Arkalar\u0131ndan m\u00fcthi\u015f g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcler koparak ac\u0131 \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131klar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Buna dayanamayan birisi arkas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakm\u0131\u015f. Evlerden sular f\u0131\u015fk\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, memleketi kara dumanlar\u0131n b\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcnce ba\u011f\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. Di\u011ferleri de ne oldu\u011funu anlamak i\u00e7in arkalar\u0131na bakt\u0131klar\u0131nda orac\u0131kta ta\u015f kesilmi\u015fler.\u00a0<br>Bu efsanede bakma yasa\u011f\u0131na uymayanlar\u0131n neticesinde, H\u0131z\u0131r ile ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilecek bir aksakall\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan telkin edilen s\u00f6ze kar\u015f\u0131 gelenlerin, yasa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyenlerin ta\u015f kesildi\u011fi ve d\u00fcnya ile ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n koptu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<br>Tabulara ait bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rnek efsanelerde yer almaktad\u0131r ve bu efsanelerin inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k vasf\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 daha geni\u015f insanlara ula\u015fma, yay\u0131lma imk\u00e2n\u0131 verir.\u00a0<br>Bu y\u00fczdendir ki; mant\u0131k ile \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmeyen, akla uygun olmayan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler bile insanlar taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131 koyulmadan, diren\u00e7 g\u00f6stermeden kolayl\u0131kla kabul edilir hale gelir.\u00a0<br>Gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerin topluma elbette yararlar\u0131 yads\u0131namaz. Toplumsal yap\u0131y\u0131 ve o topluma ait de\u011fer sistemini korumak ve s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.<br>Eski ku\u015faklardan devrald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta inan\u0131\u015flar olmak \u00fczere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sosyal olguyu, sonraki nesillere aktar\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f ile gelecek aras\u0131nda ba\u011f kurar.\u00a0 Bu durum sanata da yans\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br>O y\u00fczdendir ki;\u00a0 sanat\u00e7\u0131, toplumu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sanatsal y\u00f6nden tan\u0131tmak i\u00e7in o topluma ait el sanat\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini do\u011fru kullanmak zorundad\u0131r.<br>El sanatlar\u0131, bir toplumun ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imleri, inan\u00e7lar\u0131, ekonomik olanaklar\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri ile ilgili bizlere bilgiler verir.\u00a0<br>Sanat\u00e7\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcn, otantik ve y\u00f6resel hususlar\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131ran el sanatlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve korunmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol \u00fcstlenerek, k\u00f6pr\u00fc olu\u015fturur.<br>Ancak \u015funu da unutmamak gerekir; geleneklerin, tabular\u0131n, yasaklar\u0131n toplumu y\u00f6nlendirmesi sebebiyle, toplumda yaratm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu etki o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr ki; insanlar g\u00fcncel hayatta bu gelenekleri art\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131yamaz hale geldi\u011finden, itici bir g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011fu da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr.\u00a0 \u0130nsanlar zaman zaman \u00f6zg\u00fcr olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hisseder.<br>\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kavram\u0131 insan bilincinde u\u00e7suz bucaks\u0131zd\u0131r. Ancak ger\u00e7ek hayatta, zihnimizde yer alan bu s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir ve bu durum ki\u015finin k\u0131s\u0131tla\/n\/d\u0131\u011f\u0131 hissini beraberinde getirir ki; sanat\u00e7\u0131lar bu hisse \u00e7o\u011fu kez kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br>Toplumun, bulunulan \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na, modern, muas\u0131r \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun olmadan ya\u015fayarak, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gerisinde kalmas\u0131 sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n toplumda anla\u015f\u0131lamamaktan yana yak\u0131nmalar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<br>Sanatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 icra ederken iliklerimize kadar hisseder ve sanat\u0131m\u0131za yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131r\u0131z. \u0130\u015fte tam bu s\u0131rada \u00e7o\u011fu kez de \u00f6zg\u00fcr olamamaktan yak\u0131n\u0131r, k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6yler ve etrafa serzeni\u015flerde bulunuruz.<br>Sanat ancak sanat\u00e7\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr olduk\u00e7a geli\u015fir.\u00a0 Sanat, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc,\u00a0 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ise sanat\u0131 destekler ve besler.\u00a0<br>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler \u00f6zg\u00fcr olduk\u00e7a, sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n yaratma g\u00fcc\u00fc artacak, sanat\u00e7\u0131 kendi benli\u011fini bularak sanat\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck yeni eserlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ad\u0131na, sanat\u00e7\u0131y\u0131 y\u00fcreklendirip, sanat eserleri yaratma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racakt\u0131r.<br>T\u00fcm toplum ve insanl\u0131k ad\u0131na birer miras niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan sanat eserleri, sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrce, bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda kalmadan, t\u00fcm benli\u011fi ile ortaya koydu\u011fu eserlerdir.<br>\u0130nsanlar \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6rev ise sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne \u00f6nem vermektir.Geleneklere, g\u00f6reneklere ve tabulara s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 olmak sanat\u00e7\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirebilir mi?
